The Bible tells us that before we are born, God knows us, loves us, and calls us to life, just like our mothers. This Sunday, May 10, 2015, at 9:30 a.m., on Mother’s Day, we’ll celebrate Mother Love. We’ll also explore how our understanding of the role of mothers, mother love, and God’s love have changed with the times. Every one of us has a unique relationship with our mothers, and with motherhood. We will make time in prayer for prayers of healing, remembrance, and gratitude.
The SHPC Singers will have special music for us, and our Children’s Choir will sing a tribute to mothers!
