We welcome back to the church our guest speaker, who will share his story of escaping death in his homeland and seeking asylum in the U.S. Our church visited him in immigrant detention, and has prayed for and encouraged him there and since. We celebrate his successful experience in immigration court, and pray for all those similarly situated who are leading lives of uncertainty.
